Why Survivor Training Matters

Many victims and survivors spend months, years, or even decades trying to make sense of what they are experiencing. Without clear language and understanding, they often remain stuck in confusion, self-doubt, and isolation. This training helps participants gain clarity, better understand the impact of emotional abuse, and begin moving forward with greater strength, confidence, and hope.

The MEND Project is my go-to resource for what I am dealing with in my relationship. There are so few people who truly understand covert emotional abuse, but this community does.
