This is a normal part of growth. 

Many survivors find the gap between gaining a deeper understanding of what they are experiencing and applying it in real life the most challenging part of the healing journey.

We’ve seen how much talking about it a little more can help, as does hearing stories from others as they navigate their journey.

Our Restore coaching circle provides ongoing support and encouragement for your healing journey!

When we gather each month, we are here to listen, validate your experiences, respond to your questions, and provide helpful tips.

During the calls, Annette tells stories from her journey and the journeys of other survivors she has helped.

We welcome you to this safe and supportive Restore community, where you will have the opportunity to dig deeper and gain ideas for applying what you are learning in the healing process.

Whether you are a survivor of abuse, a responder, a licensed therapist or professional, or anyone who has experienced past harm and desires support and community, it is our joy to invite you to the Restore Coaching Circle to further clarify your thinking, ask lingering questions, and continue growing.
